8.Can we receive samples of your products?
Once all commercial terms, conditions, and prices are mutually agreed upon, we will gladly send you product samples. You just need to inform us of your courier's pick-up date, and we will make sure the samples are ready for collection on that day.
9.What is the average lead time for production?
Lead time depends on the order quantity, product type, and the current production & loading schedule of our factory. After receiving the advance payment, we schedule a meeting with our Production and Logistics Team to confirm the exact loading date.
